The Grieg Academy is the host when this evening they will celebrate themselves with a marathon concert in Sardinen during Nattjazz 2024!

The jazz education at the Grieg Academy - popularly called the GIG Academy - has over 20 years been a central contributor to placing Bergen as a jazz city on the national and international map. Throughout these years, they have facilitated the development of a number of young talents who have made a strong mark both locally, nationally and internationally. This evening they have invited six of these talents to put together a band where they play together with other former students. In other words, you can expect fireworks from a concert! The evening ends with a musical performance by the teachers before the stage is opened for a jam session.
