Storytelling with heart and mind

There is something wonderfully unique that happens in Thea Wang's solar system. With a deep intensity, random encounters, loneliness and love are transformed into sonorous short stories that open doors into the lives of others, where we get to be guests for a little while. After graduating in jazz at the Norwegian Academy of Music and completing master's studies at the Music Conservatory in Copenhagen - and after some long stays in the USA and Italy - she is finally home in Bergen, and with new music. Melodic pop songs take unexpected leaps and dress her magical voice perfectly, electronics and samples help to modernize a traditional acoustic singer/songwriter genre all the while one hears Joni's heart beat in the background. And best of all: her debut album is right around the corner...!
