With a background in the Han Bennink Trio, it is easy to imagine that Simon Toldam is not exactly the world's most conventional band leader and songwriter. Now the  Danish Music Awards Jazz Orchestra of the Year 2021 is on the road with new music, training the muscles of interaction - partly composed, partly improvised - but all times with great love for jazz and spontaneous music. The telepathic interplay makes the trio one of the most recognized and exciting bands from Denmark - whether the music is deafening or verging on silence, they have a unique ability to sound as one organism.
