Band of friends from the Grieg Academy in Bergen - originally started as an ambitious school lesson, it has gradually started to live its own life. A band that saw themselves as compressing everything they've learned into a single big release of energy - from ensemble jazz to free-flowing improvisation, all the while with a physical touch that nods to Cecil Taylor, Monk and Atomic in a perfect mix of virtuoso solos and tight groove .
